Who are your main clients?
Our client base includes companies around the globe in various
verticals, such as retail, manufacturing, professional services,
contracting and more.
Can you continue doing my project from any stage?
Yes, though we prefer involvement starting at an early stage.
How do I send my work to you?
Usually, our clients provide their source documents (invoices, receipts
and bank statements) via e-mail or e-fax. We also work in situations
where clients provide us with access to their accounting software and
share drives using remote desktop services.
Will I have to purchase any high-end computer or any other device for you to work remotely?
You don't have to invest on any additional equipment; all NVO employees have their own hardware and printer/scanner.
What are the measures adopted to ensure security and confidentiality of my business?
Our accounting processes and procedures are designed to ensure security
and confidentiality for the data and information provided. Each of our
employees has also signed a Non Disclosure Agreement which covers all
NVO client services. We are also willing to consider adopting
additional security and confidentiality measures suggested by our
clients.
If an emergency arises, can you help me?
Absolutely, our policy is to respond immediately, whenever
possible,with staff who can assist you either verbally or over email
regarding what should be done.
How qualified are your employees?
The accounting professionals at Nordstrom Virtual Office have a strong
foundation of varying levels of experience from junior level accounting
assistants to executive consultants with many years of experience
consulting as a CFO. All of them have undergone training in accounting
systems, accounting processes, accounting controls and accounting
principles.
How do I pay you?
